At Ingersoll 1892, we stand by the quality of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a seamless process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our master watchmakers inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
